Every validation response will include one of the status values below:

| safetosend | The email address successfully passed all checks in the SafeToSend process. It is considered safe to send emails to this address and is backed by AtData's deliverability guarantee. |
| valid | The email address passed most of the SafeToSend checks, but the mailbox's deliverability could not be confirmed. While the address appears valid, there is a risk it may bounce. |
| invalid | This email address is not safe to send to. It either has incorrect syntax, the domain is inactive, or the mailbox does not exist. Do not send emails to this address. |
| trap | Although the email address is valid, it could cause delivery issues, such as triggering spam filters (e.g., spam trap, honeypot, disposable, or complainer). Avoid emailing these addresses. |
| unknown | We were unable to complete the checks on this email address, so there is a higher risk it may bounce. |
| corrected | This status is specific to files submitted via InstantData or the List API. The email address was originally invalid due to syntax or spelling errors, but we corrected it. The corrected address can be found in your results file's "Valid Email" column. |
